Gayle, my physical therapist was such a great coach and teacher. In the 12 years I have had back pain, in less than 3 months I feel so much better, I could not put it into words. The person that walked out with her before me had a pop in their step and looked very happy after his appointment. I hope Northpoint realizes the value this person brings with them. Thank you.

Due to mobility issues, I visited their wellness center to see their warm water pool for swimming exercises. The facility is clean, the employees are all very helpful and friendly and the locker room area for those with disabilities is very well thought out. It has 4 rooms that have a shower toilet and sink in each room for privacy when changing to and from swim clothes. They also have several swim programs for individual needs such as diabetic, mobility, cardiac MyFitRx among a few others. I haven't started any of the programs yet, but will be trying one of them next month. I am most impressed with the welcoming atmosphere and their willingness to assist in anything I needed both on the phone and while I visited the facility.

The wellness center is a very nice facility. The reason for the one star is that some members don't wipe down machines after use. It is pretty disgusting seeing sweat all over the machine. This causes you to wipe down the machine, use the machine, wipe down machine again. When brought to the attention of the staff, they just don't care. They are too busy playing on the phone or socializing.

This is a great gym! High quality equipment, facilities, AND people. So much available between the gym, the poolSS (2 of them!), the sauna and hot tub in each locker room, not to mention a full service spa with reasonable prices and a wide range of professional services including mani/pedi, waxing, facials, and all kinds of massage. Almost forgot the nail care and special body treatments. It's crazy that we have such a high quality, full fledged gym in our community! And if you overdo it at the gym, the urgent care is right down the hall in the same building! And they have great physical therapy too, which I can personally say is just as awesome! Thank you Northpointe for your great service to our community!

I go there because my pain Dr moved there. I will follow Dr.Rosche all around. He's a great pain Dr. He listens and cares about his patients that's the only reason I gave 5 stars otherwise the Receptionist there stink. You have to call multiple times to get your meds filled.

Great staff ⚕️ I recently had a CT scan, got me right in! , And on my way home in a half hour! I've been there a few times,and love the medical services.

Doctor I visited was awesome, definitely seen the results of corporate health care. Still better than if the government ran it though

Great place to workout. The equipment is kept in good working order and not overcrowded. The locker room and showers are very clean so I am always comfortable working out before work and using the facilities. Also nice to have the clinic next door so if you need to you can tie physical therapy in with your workouts.
